This notice explains what Softon Digital Limited collects through this website and what we do with it. We ask for as little as possible.
When you send a message, request a quote or subscribe to our newsletter, we store what you enter in that form so we can reply to you. Quote attachments are stored on our own server.
We run our own analytics rather than a third-party service. We record the page visited, a rough device and browser type, and where the visit came from. Visitors are counted using a salted hash that rotates daily; we do not store raw IP addresses and we do not track you across other websites.
Newsletter subscriptions are confirmed by email and every message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share your address.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry or unsubscribe at any time by writing to [email protected].
