The problem
The client relied on manual tracking systems and offline coordination methods for global freight, customs clearing, and cargo handling. This fragmentation resulted in visibility gaps for clients, delayed dispatch confirmations, and an administrative bottleneck that stretched average order processing times to 3 days.
What we built
We developed an integrated digital ecosystem combining a high-performance web platform and a mobile application. The cross-platform app incorporates automated booking modules, instant rate estimations, and a real-time shipment tracking engine, allowing clients to securely manage their cargo milestones directly from their devices.
Our role
Full-stack development, mobile application engineering, UX/UI design, and system integration. We designed the architecture, engineered the cross-platform mobile app, developed the front-facing web platform, and integrated the real-time tracking engine APIs.
The web platform establishes a professional digital footprint for Vircon Debo International Limited, featuring structured service directories for its cargo, haulage, and clearing portfolios. It serves as the primary lead-generation funnel for B2B contracts and bulk freight requests.
